Konstantin Tryshyn has been one of the leaders of the Ukrainian muaythai and until today one of the most decorated Ukrainian athletes. Competing in his 57 kg he has had a rivalry finals against Wiwat Khamta who has been reigning in this division. It has been three events in a row where the draw took brought them toghether: the World Championshisps 2016 in Sweden and World Cup 2016 in Kazan and World Championships 2017 in Minsk where Konstantin had to put up with silver or bronze medal.
Konstantin’s last appearance in the ring was at the World Games 2017 and the Ukrainian qualificaitons this year marked his comeback to muaythai where he showed that he still has his skills and his experence will be enough to outclass many opponents. That is exactly what he demonstrating in Odessa making the Ukrainian team for the World Championships 2019 in Bangkok.
In an interview to the EMF Media Konstantin said the he promised his coach that “I’ll Be Back” and kept this promice. Looking forward to step to the field of play in Bangkok.
