One of the sensations of the European Championships 2018 Monika Chochlikova from Slovakia shook up the 51 kg division winning representatives of the top strongest muaythai countries. She started with with victory over Ukraine’s Valentyna Sentiurina, stole a victory in the semifinal from Galina Degtiareva from Russia, and finished her performance with a bright victory over the French elite Juliette Lacroix. 

Monika was a true opening of the European Championships putting Slovakia to the circle of champions and under a pressue of showing the same or better result. With 15 athletes registered in the 51 kg division for the World Championships it will be a graet opportunity to showcase the Slovakian muaythai.
